We are excited to announce the start of the Shore Schleppers Management Program! Current students will have the opportunity to gain invaluable hands-on experience managing a growing company. This position is unlike any other because it gives students entrepreneurial experience working within all areas of a business.

Manager Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training seasonal employees
• Organize employee schedules
• Further expand current services and create new services
• Market and advertise services
• Record finances
• Communicate with customers and vendors
